How do warranties work?
All warranties are held with the original suppliers of the product. Invoices are issued to clients upon receipt of their order.

 What about import duties and VAT?
All prices you see on the online store are exclusive of all duties and VAT. We will facilitate the process whereby items are cleared through customs. Customers do not have to worry about any of the paperwork, or hassles experienced when dealing with customs we will handle this.

 How do I track my order?
We update the status of all shipments regularly. Once we receive information from suppliers or shippers, we update the status of your order and provide a tracking number if relevant.

 How to Order
Orders on our website can be placed thru our secure online shopping cart system.We accept all major credit cards.

Orders placed online are protected by 128 bit encryption.Please note that all credit card sales will be listed under "Hailstorm, Inc" on your credit card statement.

What if an item is Backordered?
We do our best to keep our popular items in stock, however, if something is on backorder, we will usually hold the order until all items are in stock and then send it together.  

 Does your site have live inventory?
Please note that  we do have live inventory. While we try to note extended backorders for certain items on our site, inventory levels are not always updated 100% of the time. If you have a backorder, you will be notified via email.
